Definitions for "Wentworth"
Wentworth is a parliamentary constituency in South Yorkshire. Originally created in 1918, it was abolished in 1950 but the name was revived when the current constituency was created in 1983. It is considered a safe Labour seat and was held by the incumbent MP John Healey at the 2005 general election.
Wentworth was a federal electoral district represented in the Canadian House of Commons from 1904 to 1968. It was located near the City of Hamilton in the province of Ontario. This riding was first created in 1903 from parts of Wentworth North and Brant and Wentworth South ridings.
