Definitions for "Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury"
Pays for bodily injury which you are entitled to collect from a hit-and-run or uninsured driver who is at fault for the accident and unable to pay for your loss.
That coverage which, in the event our insured is injured in an accident which is the fault of an Uninsured Motorist, covers the Bodily Injury expense of the Named Insured, Relatives and passengers in his/her auto.
