Tetsu (born October 3, 1969, in Shiga, Japan, real name Tetsuya Ogawa) is the bassist of the Japanese rock band L'Arc~en~Ciel. He also does backup vocals and has written some of the band's songs, including 'READY STEADY GO', 'Driver's High' and 'Pieces'. Since 2001, he had worked solo under the name TETSU69.
