Strutt was a small UK supplier of folding bicycles in the late 1990's. The Strutt Meteor had a steel frame with a single, hinged fold held closed by two screws when the bike was unfolded, 20in wheels, an eight-speed rear derailleur with single chainring or a 7*3 format.
