An appraisal designation denoting Senior Real Estate Analyst (SRE,4) awarded by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. An SREA is an SRA or SRPA whose practice has expanded to encompass all forms of appraisal assignments as well as analytical assignments such as market feasibility studies.
