Saint Roch (Latin: Rochus; Italian: Rocco; French: Roch; Spanish and Portuguese: Roque; c. 1295 – 16 August 1327) was a Christian Saint, a confessor whose death is commemorated on 16 August; he is specially invoked against the plague.

Recognised Overseas Clearing Houses. In the UK, the Financial Services Authority has recognised and supervises a number of overseas Recognised Investment exchanges (ROIEs), and has the power to recognise and supervise overseas Recognised Clearing Houses (ROCHs) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). In order to be recognised, ROCHs must satisfy the requirements of S.292(3) of FSMA.
