Ritchey is a small lunar impact crater located to the east of Albategnius crater in the central lunar highlands. The somewhat angular rim of Ritchey crater is broken along the northwest wall by a pair of smaller, adjacent craters. The floor of the crater is fairly flat, with a pair of small central mounds.
