a person receiving a retirement benefit from the Public Employees Retirement System or the State Teachers Retirement System based upon service at The University of Toledo

A retired member of one of the retirement systems established by chapters 121, 122, 123, 238, and 321, F.S., who has terminated his/her employment and is receiving benefits from the system in which he/she was a member. This term also includes a person who retired and is receiving benefits under s. 112.05, F.S., and a DROP participant who has not yet terminated his/her employment.

An employee who is vested in the Oklahoma Teachers' Retirement System (OTRS) and is eligible to receive benefits from OTRS upon termination of employment with Oklahoma City Community College.

To be considered a retiree of the Unversity,one must have completed 10 years of continuous,50% time or more service and be age 55 or older.
