The estimated productive life of a proved reservoir based upon the economic limit of the reservoir producing hydrocarbons in paying quantities assuming certain price and cost parameters. Reserve life is calculated by diving the total proved reserves for the reservoir by production volumes from the reservoir for the previous 12 months.
