Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the supplier and supplier's policies. Generally ther is a 10% to 20% restocking fee, plus all shipping and handling charges on returns unless previous arrangements have been made. GO TO TOP OF PAGE
Credit students who drop courses prior to the starting date of a term and through the first calendar week (7 days) of the term are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition and related fees. After this timeframe, no refund will be granted. Please note for courses that begin after the first calendar week of a term, a 100% refund will be granted if the course is dropped prior to the second meeting of the course.  Refund policies for Non-Credit courses vary.  Contact the Continuing Education Office for information regarding refunds for non-credit classes.
