Definitions for "Peddlers"
A western term used by foreigners in Korea for travelling merchants but with the connotation of an organization. This organization was used by the Imperial Government as a strong arm to enforce civic obedience.
A peddler is any person selling or offering for sale any goods, wares, or merchandise, including any food or beverage, from a vehicle, cart, or any other conveyance that is not stationary. Source: Rhode Island General Laws
