the dissociative experience of observing yourself from an external perspective as though your mind or soul had left and was observing your body
a typical aspect of near-death experiences Near-death experiences (NDEs) are common enough that they have entered our everyday language
Otherwise known as a lack of body awareness; often confused with near a death experience.
This is the belief that you can leave your body and travel to places and know things impossible for you to know. This is done by demonic suggestion. Demons know a lot of things you don't know and through mind control they can get you to hallucinate these things into reality.
A sensation or experience in which ones self or spirit travels to a different location than their physical body (See Astral Projection).
(OBE) or ASTRAL PROJECTION - To be able to leave your physical body and project your soul, consciousness or what appears to be your mind to another place and return via a silver cord. OBE is the most reported and documented type of astral projection. When the consciousness leaves the body in this fashion it is virtually always in the here/now plane, and close to the physical body. Most OBEs have common features. For instance, the subjects often see their own physical body during the experience, like any other object in the room. They usually report having "ghostly" bodies that can pass through solid objects during the experience. There have even been reports of other people witnessing the person as they astral project. PARANORMAL - Something that is beyond the range of normal human experience or scientific explanation.
Leaving the physical body while at rest, asleep, near death, or temporarily dead.
An out-of-body experience (OBE or sometimes OOBE) is an experience that typically involves a sensation of floating outside of one's body and, in some cases, seeing one's physical body from a place outside one's body (autoscopy). Approximately one in ten people claim to have had an out-of-body experience at some time in their lives.http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/magazine/4271018.stmFor some, the phenomenon occurs spontaneously, while for others it is linked to dangerous circumstances, a dream-like state, a near-death experience, or use of psychedelic drugs. A few have been able to induce the experience deliberately through visualizations while in a relaxed, meditative state, or through a lucid dream.
