The Observation Time Estimator (OTE) is a tool developed at the ISOC to allow proposers to estimate the appropriate observation time for their proposal.
Ordinary Time Earnings. OTE, for Superannuation Guarantee purposes, is the total of the employee's earning for ordinary hours of work, over award payments, shift loading and commission.
Ordinary Time Earnings. The earnings (before tax) on an employees ordinary hours of work, generally excluding overtime, which is used as the basis for calculating employer contributions for Superannuation Guarantee purposes. P-Z

Shake. A command used by dog owners to get their pets to raise their paws. On New Year's 2006, the next Year of the Dog, temple grounds nationwide will be teeming with dogs and their owners as they make their first prayer of the year together.
