The Octessence is a fictional group in the Marvel Comics universe. It was made up of eight great mystical entities consisting of Balthakk, Cyttorak, Farallah, Ikonn, Krakkan, Raggadorr, Valtorr and Watoomb who gathered to determine who amongst them was most powerful. To this end, they created the Exemplars.
