Definitions for "Lipping"
A protective strip of solid wood applied to the edge of a man made board panel or table top.
A strip of superior timber added to the most visible part of a board, such as a dustboard made from some inferior timber.
It is a term refering to the flagging materials; caused when two pieces of material to be joined together are slightly warped or twisted and causes one or more edges to be higher or lower than the adjoining material.
