Liberation is a critically acclaimed reggae album by Bunny Wailer, released in 1989 (see 1989 in music). Wailer was one third of The Wailers, with Peter Tosh and Bob Marley, and he was the only one that did not become an international superstar. Due partially to stage fright that kept him from touring, Wailer's fanbase remained small even as Liberation was widely praised and considered a landmark album.

Liberation is a collaboration between MC Talib Kweli and producer Madlib. It was made available for free download from Stones Throw's http://www.rappcats.com website, and Kweli & Madlib's Myspace pages for the first week of 2007, beginning New Year's Eve 2006. It was removed about a week later.
