Kelheim is a district in Bavaria, Germany. It is bounded by (from the north and clockwise) the districts of Regensburg, Landshut, Freising, Pfaffenhofen, Eichstätt and Neumarkt.

Kelheim is a town in Bavaria, capital of the district Kelheim. It is situated at the confluence of Altmühl and Danube. As of June 30, 2005, the town had a population of 15,667.
