Joint Radio Resource Management. JRRM is a set of networks controlling mechanisms that supports intelligent admission of calls and sessions; distribution of traffic, power and the variances of them, thereby aiming at an optimised usage of radio resource and maximized system capacity. These mechanisms work over multiple radio networks (sub-networks) with the necessary support of reconfigurable/multimode terminals. JRRM is a subset of Advanced Radio Resource Management (ARRM).
