Internet Protocol Control Protocol. The Network Control Protocol for IP-based PPP connections. IPCP negotiates IP-based parameters to dynamically configure a TCP/IP-based PPP peer across a point-to-point link. IPCP is documented in RFCs 1332 and 1877.
Internet Protocol Control Protocol. A protocol used to configure, enable, and disable IP Protocol modules at both ends of the link.
