An inside straight draw is a draw to a straight that's missing one of the cards in the middle (as opposed to on the end). 4578 is an inside straight, 4567 is an outside straight. Also called a one-gapper or a gutshot.
A poker hand needing a specific rank of card to make a straight. For example, when a poker hand consists of 5-6-7-9 and therefore needs to hit an 8 to make the straight.
Needing a card in the middle to make a straight (i.e. 6,7,x,9,10 or 9,x,J,Q,K). Also called a Gutshot Straight Draw.
