The Elemental Planes (Air, Earth, Fire, Water), Paraelemental Planes (Ice, Magma, Ooze, Smoke), Quasielemental Planes (Ash, Dust, Lightning, Mineral, Radiance, Salt, Steam, Vacuum), and Energy Planes (Positive and Negative). They are planes of elements and energy, as opposed to those of concepts and alignment.

The external world (outer physical earth plane) is held within the Inner Planes. The energy of the Inner Planes maintains and sustains the physical earth plane of existence. The Inner Planes, like the outer physical earth plane, is also illusion. However, the Inner Planes are a higher vibratory frequency which ultimately accelerates into the "In-Breath" of God.
