Definitions for "High Solids"
A floor polish which has a 20% or higher non-volatile content. Unlike concentrates high solids products are generally used without dilution.
Paints are described as having high solids when they contain more than 50-60% solids (by weight). High solids paints have lower VOCs.
A general term used to denote the presence of a higher than average percentage of solid ingredients and thus a lower percentage of solvents.
