Definitions for "Heterotropia"
Manifest deviation of the eyes that cannot be controlled by binocular vision.
The deviation of an eye that is constant and usually easy to spot. Esotropia indicates that the eye is deviated inwards (towards the nose), and exotropia indicated that the eye is deviated outwards (towards the ear).
