The North Dakota Computer Network (HECN) is a cooperative effort among the eleven campuses of the North Dakota University System (NDUS). The HECN' s academic services are provided by Information Technology Services (ITS) at North Dakota State University, the South HECN Host Site, administrative services by the Computer Center (CC) at the University of North Dakota, the North Host Site and network services cooperatively by the North and South Host Sites. The HECN is committed to utilizing current technology to create an enhanced human environment, positioning itself to utilize future technologies for the benefit of NDUS students and employees, and the citizens of the State of North Dakota.
