37 to 42 weeks gestational age

Refers to a full term pregnancy. Infants who are not prematurely born are considered to be full-term. The World Health Organisation considers full-term any infant born after 38 completed weeks of gestation

the end of gestation or point at which birth is imminent; "a healthy baby born at full term"

The academical year is divided into three terms (Michaelmas, Lent and Easter). The central portion of each term, during which teaching takes place and members of the University are normally expected to be in residence, is called Full Term.
