Free by servitude. used to describe persons who had completed their sentence or been granted conditional or absolute pardon
First British Serial rights (also FBSR): the traditional licence to reproduce words or a picture for the first time, once, in a serial based in Great Britain. Fetal blood sampling. If a baby appears to be in distress during labour a small amount of blood can be taken and checked. This is a more reliable method of assessing the baby’s condition than using a belt monitor alone which can only indicate that the baby may be in distress.
