Digital Flat Panel Port
Digital Flat Panel. A digital video connectivity standard that was developed by VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association). This standard uses TMDS (Transition Minimized Differential Signaling) from Silicon Image and DDC (Display Data Channel), also from VESA. DFP has been largerly replaced by DVI and HDMI connection standards, also based on TMDS.
Dfp is a decimal floating point math library for Java. It has higher performance than BigDecimal, and is suitable for embedded devices. It implements most IEEE-854 features and supports trigonometric functions, exponentials, square root, and logarithms.
