Defense Environmental Restoration Account, used to fund Department of Defense environmental cleanup activities such as those performed under the Installation Restoration Program.
DEFENSE ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION ACCOUNT. This is the account that funds site cleanups at Department of Defense (DoD) sites.
Defense Environmental Restoration Account. The former account that funded environmental cleanup activities at active military bases. DERA was recently devolved to the military departments and funding for active Air Force installations now comes from the "Environmental Restoration, Air Force" account. Under the base closure laws, these funds cannot be used to support environmental cleanup at closing and realigning base; funding must instead come from the BRAC account.

Defence Evaluation and Research Agency This is an agency of the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD), incorporating the bulk of the MoD’s non-nuclear research, technology and test and evaluation establishments. It is one of Europe’s largest research organisations with a turnover of approximately £1 billion and about 12,000 staff.

Dera is one of the 105 woredas in the Amhara Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Debub Gondar Zone, Dera is bordered on the south by the Abbay River which separates it from the Misraq Gojjam Zone, on the west by Lake Tana, on the north by Fogera, and on the east by Este. Towns in Dera include Amba Same, Arb Gebeya and Hamusit.
