(coronary artery bypass graft) A surgical procedure, which involves replacing diseased (narrowed) coronary arteries with veins obtained from the patients lower extremities (autologous graft).
Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. An operation using arterial or venous conduits inserted between aorta and the coronary artery beyond the narrowing.
