Definitions for "Bewdley"
Bewdley ( ) is a small town in Worcestershire, England, along the Severn Valley a few miles to the west of Kidderminster. It lies on the River Severn, and at the time of the 2001 census had a population of 10,689.
Bewdley was a constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1605 until 1950. It was then absorbed into the Kidderminster seat, which in 1983 was itself succeeded by the Wyre Forest constituency.
