Water-soluble vitamins which provide dietary support for the normal metabolism of carbohydrate, fat, and protein.

Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 are all B vitamins. Each has a different and important biological role to play; some release energy from carbohydrate and are factors in energy metabolism, others aid in normal growth and development including tissue and red blood cell formation.
