Agricultural Lands Condemnation Approval Board. A six-person, independent administrative board with jurisdiction over the condemnation of certain types of agricultural lands in Pennsylvania. The Board reviews proposals and presentations made by the Department of Transportation and determines whether there is a prudent or reasonable alternative to the condemnation of lands being used for productive agricultural purposes.
