A legal document signed by the EPA or state environmental agency directing an individual, business, or other entity to take corrective action or refrain from an activity.
A support obligation, authorized under PUBLIC ACT 84-758, which is established, modified, or enforced for an active IV-D case in which the court has not acquired jurisdiction of the case, the parties are married and support is sought from one or both parents, or the parties were not married at the time the child was born and support is sought from the mother. In addition, a support obligation established by another state may be registered and entered as an Illinois administrative order. An administrative order for withholding is entered simultaneous to an administrative order for support.
